I began care for Chrohn�s disease. At its worst I was missing a lot of school. I missed 5 � weeks of school last year because of the pain. I had severe stomach aches every day. I was nauseous, had heartburn and indigestion. I would also wake up several times every night feeling nauseous or with heartburn. Even the medications I take for Chrohn�s would not help most of my symptoms. One of my mom�s friends told us about this office, and the great results that their family was seeing. My mom decided to get me checked to see if chiropractic could help. Since beginning care, I do not miss as much school. Instead of waking up several times every night, I might wake up once in two weeks. My stomach does not hurt every day any more. I only get stomach pains once every six weeks. My doctors say it will take a while, but that I may be able to wean off the medications that I have been taking. My mom has also been able to heal because she doesn�t have to get up every night with me. We are very happy with the care we have received here. Everyone here is very nice and caring.

Joe started chiropractic care because I wanted him to have better speech, more focus, well-being, and to be more open with other people. Joe�s condition at its worst was horrible. We felt it was hopeless and there was nothing to look forward to. Every medical doctor we went to told me that there was no hope and there was nothing that they could do for Joe. They told me that he would �maybe speak someday.� There isn�t anything we haven�t done for him, we tried everything Any positive results, from previous treatments were very short-term. I feel strongly that it was his vaccinations that did him in, there�s not a doubt in my mind. I saw him regress 4 hours after his second round of shots. Joe went dark and we thought we lost him forever. The doctors said he was �fine� and he was not fine. I felt his condition was so severe because he was so toxic. I didn�t know what a chiropractor was and we had never tried one before. I thought it was just for �bad-backs.�

After my first adjustment, I noticed within 10 minutes that Joe was talking more than he had in the last year! Joe is happier after every visit to the office, and overall he is doing very well. This is the only doctor Joe likes to come and see, he actually requests to go see him! It does not feel like we are even in a doctor�s office. Joe is continually progressing since beginning care and he is in a very good place right now. Joe is more �normal,� he is �engaged� like never before. Joe plays football and plays with his family now.

We have noticed that since Joey began care last year he is much better in all of his problem areas, and his immune system is working much better. For seven years, he also has had a very limited diet. Actually he would only eat about 4 foods and he has now started new foods, consistently now 3 new foods to be exact (and it�s only been 3 months). It actually took three people to refer us into the office. First it was my client Kim who told me about the office repeatedly. Next, it was Denise, a parent of an autistic child who had amazing results in the office. And the final time in which I realized I needed to bring Joey in, was when we met the Health From Within Team in the park doing a health screening. They kept telling me �you have to bring him in.� All of those instances happened within 2 months of each other. Chiropractic care has made a great change for not only Joey, but for our whole family.

I had started chiropractic care because I had a lot of pain in between my shoulder blades and also in the back of my head. At its worse I had a constant pain that would not go away, I couldn�t sleep at night and that would cause me to get tired easily. I had never gone to a chiropractor prior to coming here but I have many family members who have gone to chiropractors and liked it.

I had met the Health From Within team at the 2006 Diabetes Walk and thought I would come in. I have not done anything in the past for my pain; I am using chiropractic as a preventative to my pain getting any worse. I get physicals every year and I had one around the time of starting care. The results were that I had high blood pressure, my blood sugar was high, and I had high cholesterol. I had a follow up in January and they reported back stating that my blood sugar is back to normal, same with my cholesterol, and my blood pressure has gone down. Aside from my cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure all going down, I have noticed that I sleep much better, I haven�t been in much pain, I am taking less medication and I feel so much better. I am more alert, and my range of motion has improved. I love this place, the setup and atmosphere. It is like a big family when I come in and I recommend this to everybody.
